POSSE is used to manage an inventory of assets, acquisitions & dispositions, related routine and complaint-driven inspections, and service/maintenance activities. POSSE logs new inventory, generates and track work orders related to maintenance activities and capital projects, is used to report on safety performance, allowing organizations to manage the full life-cycle of assets.
POSSE can be used to support a call center and to generate work orders. All resources associated with a work order, such as work crews, materials, time and costs can be managed and tracked. Information can also be integrated with GIS data.
The POSSE mobile modules allow work crews to effectively manage infrastructure tasks and related servicing inventory and equipment. Work crews are able to record time and materials used on a task, and initiate a new service jobs directly in the field based on inspection.
